• Quoted rates are based on single or double occupancy.
A $15 fee will be added to the rate for each additional adult. Kids 11 and under stay free but must be accompanied by an adult.
• A deposit of the total amount of the stay is required to reserve any room. The deposit and balance can be paid with a credit card. • Reservations must be canceled more than 72 hours prior to arrival, or the entire deposit is forfeited. All cancellations are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Holidays, special event dates, weekends and the months of March April and October may require a minimum stay. These dates also carry a separate 2 weeks prior to arrival cancellation policy.
• The guaranteed check-in time is 4 p.m. If rooms are available prior to that time, our staff will be happy to check guests in early. • Check-out time is 11 a.m.
• Additional charges may be added for special requests.
• Pets are $20 per night per pet.
