Larry Hooper | 12 Gage Restaurant
If wit is the ability to intelligently express sly observations of daily life, then Larry Hooper is wit. His songs demonstrate a keen eye, attention to detail, and the charm to draw the listener in with the startlingly fresh insight they bring to his tales of real life. A husband, a father, and a feeder of many pets, this is the fodder for the heartfelt, everyman songwriting of Larry Hooper. Larry was raised in Palestine, TX and steeped in the sounds surrounding him, his cousin’s bluegrass band, a well-stocked family record collection, and the rich songwriting legacy that all Texans inherit.

Rooted in folk, and skirting pop, rock and country – Sarah’s music is a collage of her own adventures, and the people she meets along the way.
